Returns

  1. Full Refund: A full refund within 30 days of purchase, in re-sellable condition and must also have a sales receipt. Refunds will be returned to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
  2. Store Credit &/or Exchanges: If no sales receipt is presented or the date of purchase has exceeded 30 days only a store credit or even exchange will be granted.
  3. Identification: All return/exchange transactions must have a customer account attached. If no account is found in the system one will be created once a valid form of ID is presented.
  4. Loyalty Rewards: Any discount/reward that was used at the time of purchase will be deducted from the refund amount. Loyalty points that were earned from the purchase will also be deducted from the customer account to reflect the return of that product.
  5. Final Sale Items: No returns or exchanges will be done for beds, crates, gates, pens, carriers, clothing, litter boxes and scoops, cat trees, health remedies and supplies, and close out sale items. No exceptions.
